The noise level from adjoining rooms was disturbing!!! The lack of soundproofing is a major drawback, making it hard to relax. There needs to be better control over the air conditioning, as it felt stuffy at times!!!

Charming hotel with a friendly, helpful staff.

The staff were incredibly accommodating! They even arranged a 4:30 am taxi for us, making our early departure stress-free. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great air-conditioning and a lovely bathroom.

Had a great stay at Hotel City! Just a short walk from the train station and Duomo. The breakfast spread made mornings enjoyable. Minor street noise from tourists, but nothing that ruined our vibes.

However, the wifi connection was inconsistent, and the bed setup could be more comfortable with less separation between the mattresses. Perfect for a short stay.

Additionally, the dated decor, with old comforters and poorly finished trim, doesn’t match the price—expecting more for over $200 a night without complimentary amenities feels unfair.

The room was clean with tiled floors, providing a peaceful atmosphere, especially with a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits, cheeses, and delightful pastries, all served by a dedicated staff member.
